Using the wear-resistant military grade material, its life is far beyond the standards of the industry, the bucket body is made of** **high hardness low-alloy wear resistant steel** **(hardness up to HB360-420),the key stressed parts have a bimetallic compund wear resistant layer added, the wear resistance is more than 50% improved compared to an ordinary bucket. After -40 ℃ low temperature impact test and 100000 times of fatigue strength test, it can still remain structural stability under extreme working conditions like gravel ,hard rock and frozen soil and which always average above 3000 hours of use life.
