How does your equipment perform road stabilization compared to traditional excavation methods?

Traditional methods often involve excavating poor soil, hauling it away, and importing large quantities of stone aggregate. Our road stabilization equipment performs in-situ soil treatment. It mixes a binding agent (slurry) directly into the existing weak soil to a controlled depth. This creates a strong, homogeneous stabilized road base using the material already on site, which is faster, more sustainable, and significantly reduces project costs.
Our system is highly versatile. It is ideal for new highway construction to treat deep subgrade issues, as well as for rehabilitating rural roads and farm tracks where importing material is logistically difficult. It's also perfect for creating stable working platforms and heavy-duty bases for industrial pavements, lorry parks, and temporary haul roads that need to support construction traffic immediately.
Our process uses chemical stabilization of soil by injecting and thoroughly mixing a cementitious slurry with the native soil. This triggers a chemical reaction that binds soil particles together, significantly increasing the material's density, strength, and stiffness. This improved load-bearing capacity allows the treated layer to effectively support the weight of asphalt or concrete pavement and traffic loads, preventing rutting and extending the road's service life.
Yes, our computer-controlled mixing system adapts to various soil conditions, from silts and clays to sandy or even contaminated soils common on brownfield sites.
